The 2017 ERG & Council Honors Award™ application process is now open!

The ERG & Council Honors Award™ is the premiere annual national award that recognizes, honors and celebrates the outstanding contributions and achievements of Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils.

Completing the application provides your ERG/Diversity Council with a comprehensive process for internal assessment and measurement.  Additionally, all applicants receive their 2017 ERG & Council Application Summary Report that provides their results in comparison with those of the TOP 10, TOP 25 and all applicants.

Dr. Rhae-Ann Booker
Executive Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Davenport University

Dr. Rhae-Ann Booker serves as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Davenport University. She earned both her MSW and PhD in Evaluation, Measurement and Research Design at Western Michigan University, and her BA in Sociology at Calvin College. Her research interests include diversity strategies, organizational development, and college access. She leads strategic planning and the development of training curricula and programs to strengthen skills and commitment for compositionally and behaviorally advancing inclusion. She is also a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator.

 

 


Fernando Serpa

Fernando Serpa is the Executive Director of the Association of ERGs & Councils a practice group of diversity and inclusion consulting and training firm PRISM International, Inc.

With two decades of diversity and inclusion experience, he draws on his in-depth experience across the public and private sector and excels at building dynamic, cross cultural diversity and inclusion strategies to influence systemic change across organizations.

Fernando has led diversity efforts for such Fortune 100 companies as Agilent Technologies, Symantec, JCPenney and Johnson Controls. His responsibilities have included worldwide diversity recruitment and retention, employee network groups, international programs and diversity and inclusion training.


Linda Stokes
